Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Seathopper, LLC ("we") handles information for the sms.engineer service.
What we collect
- Your mobile phone number and the date and time you opted in to text messages.
- The content of the messages you send and receive through the service.
- Technical information about the computer you connect, such as a device ID and connection times.
- If you request a demo: your name, email, company, and any note you include.
How we use it
We use this information only to operate the service: to deliver your messages to your connected computer, send you replies and approval prompts, prevent abuse, enforce rate limits, and provide support. We use demo request details only to contact you about sms.engineer.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We use service providers only to run the service: Twilio delivers text messages and Railway hosts our servers. Message content you send is forwarded to your own computer, where it is processed by the AI agent you run under your own account and terms with that provider. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention
Message content is deleted from our servers after 30 days. We keep your phone number and connection record until you opt out or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
Reply STOP to stop all text messages. To access or delete your data, email smuldrow118@gmail.com.
Security
Webhooks are verified, connections are encrypted in transit, and only your linked number can send commands or approve actions. SMS itself is not end-to-end encrypted, so don't text secrets.
