Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sms.engineer, operated by Seathopper, LLC.
The service
sms.engineer relays text messages between your phone and software that you run on your own computer. You are responsible for that software, the AI agent, and any actions you approve.
SMS program
- Program: sms.engineer conversational messages. Messages are replies to your requests, task updates, and approval prompts. We do not send marketing messages.
- Opt-in: you opt in by texting PAIR and the code shown in the sms.engineer connector on your computer to (888) 576-7631, as shown on our SMS opt-in page. Texting the code is your consent to receive text messages from sms.engineer. Opting in is optional and is not required to use our website or to request a demo.
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your usage.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one confirmation and no further messages. To rejoin, text START or pair again.
- Help: reply HELP or email smuldrow118@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your phone number and opt-in are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to send spam, to harass anyone, or to break the law, and don't try to get around rate limits or access other users' devices. We may suspend numbers that abuse the service.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI agents can make mistakes. Review what you approve. To the extent the law allows, Seathopper, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by software you run.
